Missing Work Order Status for Maintenance Tracking

Description:

There is a missing work order status to differentiate between:

1. Machines that are waiting for maintenance but have not been contacted yet.
2. Machines where contact has been made but maintenance was not performed due to various reasons, allowing the task to be canceled.

This status would help improve the workflow and better manage maintenance tasks.

In current setting, member can only see the contact info after accepting the repair ticket, and therefore in case 2, the event must have been accepted, and the event status would be accepted not open.

For case 2, I think we can simply add remarks in repair description when submitting the ticket. Or if to take a step further, we could add an option to close a ticket as not valid or outdated.

Do you think remarks in repair description is enough?

I think adding the option to close the ticket is a reasonable idea.
