Post Parameter Replace

Hi,
It is possible to replace the post parameter with regex, if yes, can you please help the same.

For example, I have to replace the post parameter with below regex Match.

https?://(www.)?[-a-zA-Z0–9@:%.+~#=]{1,256}.[a-zA-Z0–9()]{1,6}\b([-a-zA-Z0–9()@:%+.~#?&//=]*).
