Recovery of B2 Bottom Frame

• Attempt to locate bottom frame and recover

On July 30th we attempted to talk and trawl for bottom frame. Release still not answering or releasing pop-up buoy. We attempted 5 crossings of the anchor line. Each time we felt something grab. Twice we stalled the boat but each time still came up empty on the trawl hook. Either catching something or digging into the sand. Next we figure out how to dive on it.

• determine with Mike if dive activity can be scheduled
• determine other options based on reconnaissance findings
• write dive plan and submit with IMS (cc Mike)
• Once recovered
  • clean, asses instruments
  • recover any data
