After discussing with the Infra Committee, we're inclined to approve this proposal. There's a couple new stipulations we'd like to add in, though:

1. RPC call optimization (or migrating to indexers), since MNW is a heavy user of RPC services.
2. A commitment to respond to security issues raised by NEAR Foundation or Pagoda within 24 hours and to fix those issues as soon as possible.

Appreciate the review and the team agree with the stipulations and is ready to work on them. There are a few notes to cover:

1. RPC Optimization: Improving RPC performance has been on our radar for some time. However, due to legacy constraints in the existing codebase, optimizing certain core modules carries some risk. While full optimization may not be feasible, we will make sure the less risky items are fully covered, such as replacing specific RPC calls with indexer APIs where possible.
2. Happy to commit to addressing any critical security and availability issues for MNW and have no concerns with the added stipulation.
