Adding k9s to WSL2 on Windows 10

Just because it took me a while to figure this out, here's how I ended up installing k9s on WSL2 for Windows 10:

curl -s -L https://github.com/derailed/k9s/releases/download/v0.25.18/k9s_Linux_x86_64.tar.gz -o k9s && tar -xvf k9s && chmod 755 k9s && rm LICENSE README.md  && sudo mv k9s /usr/local/bin

Of course one might want to check on the latest tarball on the release page to plug into this command.

And just for good measure, because I always forget how to update the kubeconfig:

set AWS_PROFILE=esiplab2
set AWS_DEFAULT_REGION=us-west-2
aws sts get-caller-identity

(check to make sure the identity is correct)

aws eks list-clusters

Then switch the kubeconfig to a specific cluster name, for example:

aws eks update-kubeconfig --name esipfed-maple-dev
