Getting an unexpected error when checking falsey non bool values for conditional rendering

when conditional rendering and not using !!

const somePossibleFalseyValue = ''

{somePossibleFalseyValue && } ❌

{!!somePossibleFalseyValue && } ✅

Is this intended?
