UI: Settings not saved when clicking "Save" button

I set up a server. However, when I want to change a setting in the GUI and click on the “Save” button, the button does not register the request, as if I had not clicked on it. And when I want to reload the page, a pop-up appears telling me that my changes may not be saved. Then I click OK and indeed my changes have not been taken into account. What should I do?
