vscodium fish shell error?

When I try to run commands in vscodium/vscode using the firejail profile I get a error:
error: Unable to create temporary file /home/user/.local/share/fish/fish_historyrandomcharacters: Read-only file system (os error 30)

I am using fish shell. I have attempted adding whitelists to a .local override but that does not work.
How can I either fix the error or disable fish history within firejail?

Not using firejail at all there is no error.
