why was my bug report deleted?

I submitted a bug report yesterday about markdown rendering and it was straight up deleted? Not closed, just flat out deleted?
I provided a way to reproduce, offered screenshots, etc.

I'm not aware of any recently deleted bug reports. I don't think of the maintainers were even working yesterday due to the holiday. Are you sure you submitted something to this repository? What was the issue number?

I'm 100% sure I submitted it yesterday. It was a bug about markdown rendering in comments.
Some spam account posted a virus link as a comment (which I reported) and it was deleted.
But not sure why my entire bug report was deleted.

I'm not 100% on the issue number because since it was deleted (its not showing up in my activity).
But judging by the sequential issue number missing .. it may either be 20219 or 20220.
I submitted it yesterday evening (PST)

It was probably deleted by an overzealous GitHub anti-spam routine unfortunately. (GitHub staff will occasionally perform bulk cleanup without any maintainer interaction, especially in the wake of large attacks.) I don't see any record of #20220 ever existing, and we have no pending reported content.

Sorry about that. If you would, please resubmit it to the best of your recollection and we'll take a look.
