[Feat]: Add "Room" details to "is (un)reachable" emails

Problem

Missing data to help with email notifications filtering

Description

I have rules on my mailbox to file different emails into different folders. This is done per geographical area the server is in, and per alert type (MySQL replication, disk space issues, etc.) This works great when the email body contains the "Room(s)" the nodes belong to.

The problem is with the "is (un)reachable" emails. It just says "nodename is unreachable. Netdata Cloud is not able to reach the node nodename".

I would like to have Room details added just like the other alerts have already.

@P-a-d-r-a-i-g : Sorry for the delayed response.. We are looking at how we can accommodate your request.
As you know, we have introduced a grouping / coalescing feature for unreachable notifications where all the agents streaming to the same parent nodes will be grouped while sending out notifications. In a certain scenario, if the child agents belong to multiple (different) rooms, the notification may end up having all the rooms in your space. But we are looking at how best to implement this.
