See https://github.com/neurobagel/digest/blob/update-proc-status-file-parsing/schemas/phenotypic_digest_schema.json for reference

  • participant_id: stays the same
  • bids_id -> bids_participant_id
  • session -> session_id
  • add bids_session_id

Note: These changes should be made across both the imaging and phenotypic digest schemas, since the app expects the same superset of identifier columns for both types of input files.
