Fix stats tests in microns branch #391

2 of 6 tests pass. 4 tests fail mostly because of 403 error. Co-ordinate with @Aeusman to fix these.

@alexbaden another issue is when the stats do fail it fails to clean up after itself, aka delete all the databases. tokens and so on affecting tests which occur after that.
Fix the latest push to microns and open a pull request.
