Please add the cell configurations of 2T GC eDRAM under advanced technology nodes (e.g. under 14nm). Thank you.

Thanks for your inquiry. Currently, we rely on users to provide cell parameters for gain-cells below 14nm, thus it is possible to use down to X technology node, though we don't have a particular cell file tied to miniaturized designs from the literature. We may add this in future updates to support users
