Quick Start Update

Hi folks - we have released the redesign to the Quick Start guide.

This is a minimal change to use space on the screen better. The Quick Start guide is now oriented on the right hand side, and can be closed temporarily (until you reload Cloud Optimize), or dismissed permanently if you no longer need it.

We have also added a toggle to allow you to switch between the current ("stable") view, and the beta view where we are releasing changes.
