Troubleshoot container connectivity

Hi,

for context: daily backup died due to my NAS being unavailable. For some reason :8080 wouldn't load and nextcloud-aio-mastercontainer was in starting status. Restarting the container didn't resolve the issue (unhealthy, :8080 still not available) so I just recreated the container (stop, rm, run) and everything works again, except.

The containers except nextcloud-aio-mastercontainer can't connect to the internet. DNS and ping works, but curl doesn't (tcpdump shows no traffic reaching the host). I'd appreciate any hints, maybe sudo docker network rm nextcloud-aio?
