Description
Can not install on nc 28.0.9
Reproduction
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
try to install
Expected behavior
installs and enables app

Actual behavior
downloads and gives error message about duplicate db-index name:

Es ist ein Fehler bei der Anfrage aufgetreten. Es kann nicht fortgefahren werden.
Index name "nid" for table "oc_social_3_stream" collides with the constraint on table "oc_social_3_cache_actor".

Other apps do install fine.
