Rework scripts to use command line arguments instead of Environment Variables Configuration in the Script

The way of configuring the scripts seems to be difficult for many first-time users.

Reworking this to command line arguments might improve this situation.

Improving the way the recovery scripts are configured could also alleviate the issue in #57.
