Pull down to reload in mobile browser (chrome)

Hi,

Nextcloud has recently with 27.0.0 prevented the pulldown to reload feature in mobile browsers, to prevent accidental refresh of the site.

However when using news in mobile devices, this is a quite essential and handy feature.

After complaining about this change in nextcloud GitHub, it was suggested to overwrite the change in the news app.
