Tables View Richtext Hyperlinks popup close button not working

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a View table from associated table.
2. In the View table, create a Rich Text Column.
3. For the Rich Text field, create a record that is a hyperlink. Save and exit Edit mode.
4. Activate the Link by clicking on the link. A popup bubble will show.
5. On the popup bubble, there is the option to Open the link, or Cancel [X].
6. Clicking Cancel [X] button does not close the popup bubble as expected.

Expected behavior

Clicking the "X" button should close the popup bubble. Currently you have to click anywhere on the screen to close or unfocus the popup bubble.
