Highlighting a message only works when the block is loaded

Steps to reproduce

1. Search for a older message
2. Message is shown in the unified search controller
3. Select the message

Expected behaviour

The message should be scrolled to / visible regardless of how old the message is

Actual behaviour

Currently highlighting a message only works if it's in the first batch after entering the chat.

Additional information

This also applies when someone taps at a reply, but most of the time a reply does not reference very old messages. When searching for messages, this might happen more frequently.
