Tips for visualisation

Hi there!

Enjoying the pipeline a lot, getting good data out of it! So thanks for the constant development!
I know visualisation is not what funannotate is made for, however, do you have any recommendations for creating some basic graphs? E.g., numbers of different CAZymes present, numbers on KEGG/GO pathways etc?
I don't think it is necessary to implement this in the pipeline, but some suggestions on the readthedocs would be helpful!
