tg上的机器人在有人发出/unbind指令就解绑，能不能搞一下防误触机制，这样也可以在误操作的情况下反悔，谢谢。

已增加多面板功能，现在 /unbind 指令后会提供选择面板的选项，间接达到了防止误触的目的
