  • multiQC offers the possibility to display graphs from the output data of fastp and kraken2
  • This feature should be used when fastp and/or kraken2 are used by detaxizer

Things to think about:

  • Which output of kraken2 should be used? The one used for classification before filtering or the classification after filtering or both?
  • The usage of multiQC has to be made optional as kraken2 and fastp can be or are optional in version 1.1.0 of detaxizer
