Add separate input for sample/control + samplesheet

Hello,

As discussed in slack we are planning to add a separate paired input for sample/control as well as a separate input for Nanopore [#275]. Here comes a suggestion for the samplesheet:

sample,group,short_reads_1,short_reads_2,long_reads,control,control_short_reads_1,control_short_reads_2,control_long_reads

Or would you suggest that we use a separate samplesheet and have a flag when using controls instead?
