Description of feature

Add HelixFold3 to the pipeline. HelixFold3 is an open-source replication of AlphaFold3 developed by Baidu's PaddlePaddle team. It provides accurate predictions of protein structures, nucleic acids and conventional ligands with performance comparable to AlphaFold3.
