Since it has been decided that there will be no processing of the FastQ files, increased compression, error correction and deduplication are no longer really needed. I think, we could close this issue?

However, duplication assessment is a valid QC and there has already been much work done in #52 . I think, we should keep it around and add it later.

Might need to add a MultiQC module as well.
