Add reference for mapping to samplesheet



More for the future really, but in order to be able to map against a reference genome we would ned to add that information to the samplesheet. We will definitely have more than one reference genome per run and per lane. Since updating the samplesheet is easier in the beginning maybe nice to add it already now?
