Tuxedo Cat 0.0.2 often loses games on time (with tc=40/60)

Hello!

I include Tuxedo Cat in engines tournaments with cutechess-cli. It often loses on time. If ever you are still motivated to work on that project, it would be nice if you could fix that problem.

For you information, here is the script I use to launch cutechess-cli (under Linux):
