Good first issues for writers -- minimize use of screenshots

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

Screenshots can be difficult to maintain. They require alt text to accommodate many users.

• Screenshots of NGINX software may vary, as NGINX changes features
• Risk: such screenshots can include PII (personally identifying information)
• Screenshots from products of other companies should be used as little as possible, as we have no control over their UIs -- and may not even know when outside company UIs are changed

This issue is an Epic, which is subdivided by product (and possibly other categories).

The improvement process

If you want to contribute, you're welcome to create an issue that belongs to this Epic.

• Find a page where you think a screenshot is not required
• Highlight that screenshot in an issue
  • You can do that right here by selecting "Create sub-issue"
• Create the issue
• Set up a pull request where you'd remove that screenshot
