The NHS service manual team need a way of gathering continuous feedback from service manual users as the current mechanisms are limited to ad hoc feedback such as issues being raised by the community via slack, GitHub and email. Most of the feedback we receive currently is from a core group of users who are actively engaged with our community.

  • Develop research questions
  • Review research questions
  • Design survey
  • Review and iterate survey
