We've got some mixed case URLs like:
https://service-manual.nhs.uk/content/a-to-z-of-nhs-health-writing#GP
https://service-manual.nhs.uk/content/a-to-z-of-nhs-health-writing#NHS-App

Users tend to default to lower case and some browsers default to lower case so these links are causing problems.

Note: this includes the A to Z pattern in the service manual.
