Mostly I have chosen the partition / queue to run as the most sensible option for the machine you're logged in to. E.g. Magnus will run code on the workq. Most of the scripts in theory let you specify it yourself. In practice these options are not usually actually hooked up... and no one ever seems to have noticed. This functionality should be trimmed from the code, which would simplify the command-line arguments.

So basically, delete the queue from the SLURM job specification and the corresponding command line argument from the main user scripts. That should be straight forward enough.
