OCTune has easy way of viewing & changing memory timings. Added OPTIMIZE for certain cards from Pascal series. Your result should be as stated in these tables, if not, open an issue and report it please.

This version fixes power related issues. Getting power usage and setting power limits is now entirely done through NVAPI which is more reliable than the use of NVML. This version is going to become stable if there are no major bugs.
