If Mongo and REST are configured / enabled and the Mongo server goes down, the uploader does not fail over to REST. I believe this has been seen on 0.1.12 and 0.1.13. I will be testing 0.2.0-alpha against this scenario

This should be fixed in alpha 7. I'll have it out tomorrow morning.
