compiling rdtscemu

hey, i'm trying to compile the rdtscemu driver using the vs2010 (vs2008 is not opening the solution)

and i get a lot of errors on crtdefs.h

Any suggestions as to what i may have to do?

@marirs use the files in the bin directory... The src directory is intended to be compiled as a whole project fwiw.

I assume this driver will require test signing to be enabled in order to use?
