Consuming significant energy

Observing it happening in waves, where the Energy impact score goes above 700 and stays there for 10-15 seconds before dropping down again. Not sure how to diagnose the source of this issue. Could anyone help with this?

I think it's related to one of the apps that's running in parallel. Please try to quit other apps one by one until you see that AeroSpace CPU usage drops.

Please report back the app that was causing the CPU consumption.
