This package is a core dependency for nilmtk package. I propose to move from conda to setuptools/wheels as packaging and distribution tools. This will make possible to distribute this package in PyPi, making it more visible in python ecosystem.

  • Migrate from Conda to pyproject.toml + setuptools for package management
  • Modify documentation
  • Validate that test are passing
