Contributing to My Web Book

Target Audience

This project is aimed at kids aged 10-14. Please ensure that all contributions are appropriate for this age group and focus on creating educational and engaging content.

How to Contribute

  1. Fork the Repository: Click the 'Fork' button at the top-right corner of this page to create your own copy of this repository.

  2. Clone Your Fork Locally: Open your terminal and run:

    git clone https://github.com/ninsau/my-web-book.git

  3. Create a New Branch: Navigate into the cloned repository and create a new branch for your work:

    git checkout -b your-new-branch-name

  4. Make Your Changes: Add or edit files to make your contributions. Make sure your changes are appropriate for kids aged 10-14.

  5. Commit Your Changes: Once you're satisfied, commit your changes:

    git add .
git commit -m "[ACTION] Your commit message"

  6. Push to GitHub: Push your changes back to your fork on GitHub:

    git push origin your-new-branch-name

  7. Create a Pull Request: Go to your forked repository on GitHub and click the 'New Pull Request' button. Fill out the pull request template and submit it.
