Support angular 17

Breaking Change:

• We remove static encryption key, from now user able to set their custom encryption key on demand. So from you you have to provide key as bellow (from Angular 17),

    ....
    CryptoBrowserStorageService,
    { provide: CRYPTO_HASH_KEY, useValue: 'YOUR_KEY_HERE' }
  ]
