We followed the steps provided and still are having work items with the referenced attachment URL being from the source tenant. |

Hi, i have the same issue with work item mentions but embeded images in description or Acceptance criteria are ok. For example the migration is done from "Collection": "https://dev.azure.com/ebicom-spzoo/" to "Collection": "https://dev.azure.com/NCB/" and the numbers of mentioned workitem are fixed correclty but the corresponding url is broken: and point to https://dev.azure.com/ebicom-spzoo/ instead to https://dev.azure.com/NCB/. But when it comes to embeded image everything seems to be ok - the corresponding url after copying link to the image points to correct devops instane - https://dev.azure.com/NCB/9d10e2be-8b42-41b9-9370-64d6ac4d414d/_apis/wit/attachments/45cf29df-4573-41dd-b21b-f8dcfc1bcba0?fileName=image.png: |

Work Item links in comments are not updated as the migration happens. Its not possible to do it as we move through as the target may not have been created yet. However when you tag a work item it also gets added to the Links, and this link does get updated. |

Same for me, embebded image in description or comments are not well linked with the target organisation, the link continue to point out to the source organisation. Even if the PAT and FixHTML are correctly set. in my case, it is for the Work Item Type Task, where the field activity is mandatory but even with a correct value, it seems that there is mistake in the logic of the app, call of FixHTML done before to set the Activity field on target : Microsoft.TeamFoundation.WorkItemTracking.WebApi.RuleValidationException: TF401320: Rule Error for field Activity. Error code: Required, HasValues, LimitedToValues, InvalidEmpty. |

I noticed that where the images embedded in the comments are not copied correctly from the source to target project. The embedded image URLs in the comments/description field still points to the source tenant. This does not appear to be an issue when the user has access to both tenants. This problem comes to light when the account that does not have access to the source tenant tries to access the migrated content in the target tenant and the embedded images appear broken because it is still pointing the source tenant. Anybody experienced this?
