Is your proposal related to a problem?

If an annotator has a dependency, it won't be listed.

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, the PHI Deidentifier just lists the tool info of each individual annotator as its dependencies. Should the Deidentifier list the dependencies of its dependencies as its own dependencies as well?
