This release represents changes suggested/required by PeerJ staff after re-submission

Highlighted Changes
The suggested changes were relatively minor formatting, a few errors, and conforming to the PeerJ layout and instructions for particular content in given sections

  • One major change was an update to the color palette for many of the figures. The original palettes were listed as 'colorblind safe' but upon additional review, the figures were improved with different colors that were also subjected to visual inspection under different simulated color-blinding conditions

Inclusion of Binary Files in support of targets pipeline
This compendium relies heavily on the R package targets for managing the analytical pipeline. The cached objects are not committed into the repository to keep the overall repository size low. A zipped binary of the _targets folder is provided here as a release binary.
