fix issue connected with windows when running `rm -rf project/.git`

as we know in windows there is no rm command and it breaks on this lines of code https://github.com/nodex-labs/create/blob/main/Generator.js#L44-L48 when trying to run rm, when the user is using windows

that's because windows does not support rm command

there are two solutions on with fs api, which means use nodejs native APIs to delete rather than execing a command.

another version can check os, with os api and run needed command, but this can still be unstable.
