[Feature] Support configuration of include search paths

Add the option to configure the include paths matching the -I option of GLSL compilers.

Preferably use the LSP workspace configuration and not command line arguments.

Not exactly the same issue but I figured I'd add it here because I think they kinda go together but it would also be useful to specify arbitrary search prefixes, like in typescript. I'm using this with Godot, where it's often easier to specify paths relative to project root with res://shaders/....
