It currently is set to https://github.com/nomr/nifi-parcel/releases/download/v1.4.0+nifi0.6.1 instead of the current release: https://github.com/nomr/nifi-parcel/releases/download/v1.7.0+nifi0.1.0/

Ideally, it should be set as part of the build/release process.
