Notify user of default fallback if no location is provided

For example, a user had location services disabled for "Safari Websites" on iOs in 'Settings -> Privacy -> location services' even though they had location services enable in 'Settings -> Safari -> Location'. This was confusing and they weren't sure why it was happening, and why corona was the station displayed.
