update theme/meta colours for area behind tab/status bar on ios

I've updated the design and it we're using a slightly lighter gradient bg on darkmode, and slightly darker bg in light mode. we should update this theme colour to match

Note: PWA seems to look okay, just the mobile web app on iOS looks a little weird.
