💄 Proprietor Accounts and User table views UI fixes

Summary

There are a couple UI issues on the proprietor Manage Users page and Accounts page.

• The Actions column on the Accounts page is labeled false.
• The Actions column on both pages have unnecessary sort options.
• The casing and spacing between multi-word titles is inconsistent.

TASKS

• Change label of column from false to Actions.
• Remove sort option from the Actions column.
• Make the casing consistent for all multi-word titles.

Acceptance Criteria

• The title of the third column on the Accounts page should be Actions.
• Remove sorting options from Actions column on Manage Users page.
• Remove sorting options from Actions column on Accounts page.
• Make the casing and spacing consistent on all column titles on the Manage Users page.
• Make the casing and spacing consistent on all column titles on the Accounts page.
