Story

Related: #188 #187

Acceptance Criteria

Write tests for:

  • Viewing a single request
    • a signed in user can view an individual request page
    • a signed in user can view related documents
  • <Request /> renders with the appropriate components
  • <Request /> renders in the loading state when applicable
  • <Request /> renders in the error state when applicable
  • tests pass
