Oil Burner recipes not properly enabled

The recipes for oil burners are not properly enabled so ingame tools like factory planner cant use it, yafc can however, this also causes blueprinted oil burners to show a stopsign, tho thats only visual.
Tested with only PYHM and factory plannner installed, pyAE(no HM) does not have this issue ;)
